At Ere Perez, we want you to love your clean beauty products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
